How to access your conversation overview in the Tero Marine support portal

Click "Sign in" in the top right corner and sign in with your email address and password, or see How to Create a User if you need to create a new user.
Once logged in click on your name and choose "My conversations".
This shows you a list of all your conversations, grouped by status. You will be able to see the status of each conversation as well as how long it has been since the last response.
You can click each conversation to open it and see its details and entire history. If the conversation has not been closed you can also reply to it here, which is analog to replying to the conversation by email.
