Client area

The Tero Marine client area contains tools that assist our customers in keeping up to date on the development of TM Master v2.

To access the client area go to https://clients.teromarine.com/ and log in with your email address and password. (Please follow the instructions listed on the webpage if you don't yet have login credentials to your client area).

Once logged in you'll have access to the following areas:

• My Tasks
  Here you will find a list of all the active development cases currently registered to your organization. You will be able to see information on and follow the status of each case.
• TM Master documentation
  Here you will find documentation from our development department, as well as necessary software guidelines for using TM Master as efficient as possible.
• Change log
  Here you can easily check the changes and improvements that have been made to TM Master. Please see https://support.teromarine.com/en-us/article/298-change-log for more information.
• Class certificates
  The TM Master software suite has been approved by the maritime world's most important classification societies. These class certificates are listed and can be viewed here.
• User Conference - presentations
  Here you can download the presentations held at our various events such as our user conferences.
• Your view
  Here you can give Tero Marine feedback regarding the client area.
