Supplier Self-Assessment Export: Unlocking Excel Sheet for Editing

Navigate to the Supplier Self-Assessment Template Excel sheet (this is in the reports folder of the System File path - it's called 'SupplierSelf-Assessment_Layout.xls'), Open it --> select/mark all the blue cells in the sheet --> Right click and Select 'Format Cells' --> Select the 'Protection' tab in that window and remove the tick from the check box called 'Locked'. --> Click OK and finally ---> Save and close the Excel sheet.  See below screen shots for more guidance.
