New modules and major functions in 2.662

- Major overhaul of the Failure reporting module

The Failure Reporting module has received a major overhaul in the 662 version. 

 - Major overhaul of the Budget module

The Budget reporting module has received a major overhaul in the 662 version.

- IHM upgrade

The IHM module has received an upgrade in the form of an additional code called IHM status. The code field can also be seen in the order window on order line level.

- Export and import of items

A new export/import tool for items is now available. It exports items to excel and can also import items from the same excel sheet. (Also available in 2.661, 2.660 in versions built in October 2019 and later)
