Once requested, the TM Master v2 installation files are listed on the bottom of the https://support.teromarine.com/ front page after signing in. (See this link for information on creating a user if you have not already done so).
If you have signed in and still cannot see the download files section then you need to request this access. Please send an email to support@teromarine.com requesting access to the download links. When given access, you will see the download links at the bottom of the Help Center front page when signed in.
