Microsoft .NET 4.7

Please note that as of 1st of January 2020, all new TM Master v2 releases and patches will require Microsoft .NET 4.7 installed.

Also note that from TMMv2 version 2.665 and onward we will be using .NET 4.7.2 and will be required on all computers running this or newer versions.
